Court denied City of Bothell's attempt to have extreme risk protection order entered against client for one year and to take away his firearms. This was the City of Bothell Police Department's first attempt to take firearms away from a citizen under the new Extreme Risk Protection Order process recently passed by the Washington State Legislature in late 2017.
