Take James Street Exit. Go west off the ramp, go west on James Street (courthouse is located at 3rd and James).

Parking

King County Superior Court is unable to offer free parking at its downtown Seattle location. Several pay parking options are available in the vicinity of the Courthouse.

Bicycle Parking

Bike racks are available along the Fourth Avenue side of the Courthouse. Additional bike racks are available across Fourth Avenue at the King County Administration Building and just inside the Sixth Avenue entrance to the Goat Hill Parking Garage, which is between Jefferson and Yesler Streets.

Accommodations for People with Disabilities:

Due to the steepness of the streets around the courthouse and the dearth of on-street parking, most people with disabilities who visit the courthouse have someone drop them off at the facility's Third Avenue entrance. Limited disability parking is available in the Goat Hill Parking Garage, which is located at 415 6th Avenue. ADA stalls are available on all levels of the garage except 4 and 9. From there, you will exit onto 5th Avenue, cross 5th, and proceed to the 500 block where you can enter the King County Administration Building. Take the elevator to the lowest level (marked as "T" in the elevator) and use the tunnel under 4th Avenue to enter the courthouse. One final option is to use public transit (e.g., an accessible bus) to come to the courthouse.

Food There is a snack shop on the first floor of the courthouse, and vending machines are available in the jury assembly room on the first floor. Many restaurants are close by. Try Luigi's Italian Eatery at 625 First Ave, only 2 blocks west of the courthouse. Open at 11am.

Take Highway 167 (Valley Freeway) south exit at 15th Street NW  (this is the exit right past Emerald Downs). Turn left at end of off ramp onto 15th. Go through one light. Turn right at second light, "C" Street NW. Follow "C" Street NW as it curves toward downtown go through one light (this is 3rd Street NW). Turn left at second light, West Main Street. Go through A St. / Auburn Ave. and through Auburn Way N. Auburn Courthouse will be on the right.

From Highway 18:
Take Highway 18 to Auburn exit at Auburn Way/State Route 164 (the Auburn-Enumclaw road). Turn right at end of exit ramp and follow Auburn Way to E. Main Street. Turn Right on Main Street. Auburn Courthouse will be on the right.

Free parking is available outside the building and on the street.

Northbound SR-167:

From I-5 north:
