Take exit 192, take the ramp right and bear right onto Broadway. Take a left onto 33rd St. Turn right onto Oakes Avenue. The facility is on the right.
From I-5 southbound:
Take exit 194. Take the ramp to the right toward City Center/WA-529. Turn right on WA-529/Yellow Ribbon Hwy/Everett Ave. Turn left onto Oakes. Facility is on the left.

Please note: Visitation is only conducted through video from the reception area of the jail. Social contact visits are disallowed.
Inmates may have up to 3, 50-minute visits per week. Registration for scheduling visits is online only and requires a valid email address. Registration must be scheduled at least one day in advance, but no more than 14 days. When you register you will receive a confirmation email, and advance notice if there is any reason the inmate is unable to attend.
All visitors that are 18 years or older must present a valid photo identification. Children 17 years or younger must present a birth certificate in order to visit and must be supervised by a parent or guardian unless they are a child or sibling of the inmate in which case they must be supervised by an adult.
Visitor cancellations must be 24 hours in advance or it will be counted as a visit.

Guidelines:
Visitation of inmates is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis only. The staff try to allow a minimum of 10-minutes per visit.
Visitors 18 years or older must present a valid picture identification. Visitors 17 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
